JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title FP A ManagerJob Location Bangalore IndiaReporting to Director Global Finance CenterWorks with Global FP A TeamSchedule 40 Hours per weekShift timings 12 PM to 9 PM IST FP A Manager role is to assist in developing organisational plans budget forecasting and estimates and provide analysis which supports decision making process The analysis includes comparison of actuals with various scenarios and other metrics involved in planning and forecasting processes Key Accountabilities Report and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS US GAAP Analyse financial results at a consolidated BU level Engage in Planning Budgeting Forecasting and MEC activities Work with multiple stakeholders for meeting Revenue Cost Profit and Headcount FTE targets Prepare Management summary and regional review files with detailed commentaries P L analysis at jurisdictional BU SL levels Trend analysis for savings and opportunities Support ad hoc requests from various stakeholders Collaborate with other departments such as accounting tax legal treasury and operations to understand the financial impact of business transactions and ensure alignment with US GAAP guidelines Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes systems and tools to improve efficiency accuracy and compliance with US GAAP requirements Key Performance Indicators Timeliness accuracy completeness and reliability of reporting Ability to analyse complex data Conflict management Ability to convince and influence the stakeholders Clear and effective communication Candidate Requirement Qualification Qualified Semi-qualified CA or CWA or CMA or MBAExperience 10 years in FP A or associated roles in an MNCOther Skills Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and verbal English Sound US GAAP IFRS knowledge Good understanding of the financial statements and analytical skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint Experience of working in Oracle Financial Enterprise environment including SmartView Personal Skills Must be tenacious and able to adapt to a challenging environment Delivery oriented - committed to supporting and delivering quality outcome and able to drive stakeholders accordingly Committed to delivering on time and meeting deadlines Good team player - willing and able to multiple groups in cross-functional cross-category teams Attention to detail and responsiveness Interpersonal skills -
