Role Summary:
As HR Manger for Sales & Marketing Team you will support the sales team of our growing company operating in niche business of Medical Devices, play strategic and hands on role in designing, implementing and overseeing HR policies and practice including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits Management, HR Operations specifically tailored to the needs of the domestic and international sales team. This role will be closely collaborated with the sales and marketing leadership team to ensure a high performing, motivated and compliant sales work force.
Key responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the medical devices industry manage the hiring process to ensure proper staffing of the sales team.
2. Onboarding: Execute onboarding and induction programs tailored to location-specific needs, enabling quick integration and productivity.
3. Performance Management (PMS): Design and implement PMS aligned with sales KPIs assess performance, give feedback, and identify improvement areas.
4. HR Operations: Ensure legal compliance, manage employment documentation, and coordinate with payroll for salary/reimbursement matters.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention: Promote a positive work culture, address employee concerns, and monitor engagement via communication, surveys, and one-on-one interactions.
6. Training & Development: Conduct TNA and deliver training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and managerial skills.
7. Compensation & Benefits: Manage C&B programs within financial limits to attract and retain top talent.
8. HR Analytics & Reports: Maintain and report HR metrics for domestic and international markets create dashboards for sales and leadership teams.
9. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Plant HR/HRD and Finance to support the sales team effectively.
10. Best HR Practices: Study, document, and implement relevant HR best practices.
