Job Title Finance Head Location Kalyan Company Prasad Food Divine - Chain of Restaurant About Us Prasad Food Divine is an exquisite fine dining restaurant and banquet Chain committed to delivering an unparalleled culinary and event experience Our establishment is renowned for its exceptional service gourmet cuisine and elegant ambiance making it the preferred choice for discerning patrons and special events Position Overview He will assist the Accounts and Finance department managing the financial reporting cash flow management and compliance processes This position requires a seasoned professional who can oversee comprehensive accounting and finance functions and provide insights into financial decisions at strategic level Responsibilities Financial Reporting Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations Budgeting and Forecasting Lead the budgeting process working closely with department heads to develop realistic budgets and financial forecasts Financial Analysis Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into key performance indicators and support decision-making Cost Management Monitor and control costs identifying areas for potential savings and efficiency improvements Cash Flow Management Oversee cash flow management ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs and financial commitments Audit Preparation Prepare for and coordinate external audits addressing audit findings and implementing improvements as needed Financial Controls Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial policies Tax Compliance Work with tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations Financial Planning Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization s overall financial strategy and planning Stakeholder Communication Communicate financial information and insights to internal stakeholders fostering a clear understanding of financial performance Team Leadership Lead and manage the finance team providing guidance coaching and support to ensure optimal performance Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department and implement best practices Vendor and Contract Management Collaborate with vendors and manage financial aspects of contracts ensuring favorable terms and conditions Compliance Management Ensure compliance with financial laws regulations and company policies Ad Hoc Analysis Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management Compliance and Ethics Ensure compliance with accounting policies industry standards and ethical practices Uphold a high standard of integrity and professionalism within the accounts team Skills Experience Proven experience as an Finance Head or similar leadership role In-depth knowledge of GST Financial regulations and Tax laws Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity Education CA degree is considered Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Master s Preferred Experience Accounting 5 years Preferred Tally 6 years Preferred total work 9 years Preferred Language English Preferred License Certification CA-Inter Preferred Location Kalyan Maharashtra Preferred Work Location In person
