Responsibilities - Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and reliability. - Implement automated testing frameworks using Cucumber and Selenium to streamline testing processes. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the software development lifecycle. - Utilize Java and Rest API skills to create and execute test scripts for functional and regression testing. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting areas for improvement. - Ensure that all testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality and testability. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software. - Continuously improve testing processes by incorporating industry best practices and new technologies. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of quality and innovation. - Engage in regular communication with project managers to update on testing progress and challenges. - Contribute to the development of testing documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. - Support the IT Consulting domain by ensuring that software solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.
