Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our marketing and sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and driving lead generation through direct field engagement. Market Intelligence and Reporting: Collect market data and competitor insights from the field to help shape marketing strategies. Submit daily/weekly reports on campaign performance, leads generated, customer feedback, and territory coverage. Maintain accurate records of visits, activities, and customer interactions. 4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, shopkeepers, society heads, and event organizers for campaign collaboration. Coordinate with distributors or retail partners for joint marketing efforts and in-store promotions. 5. Brand Representation: Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. Ensure branding guidelines are followed during field activities (e.g., use of branded attire, proper display of materials). Help create a consistent and strong brand presence at the ground level. 6. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by generating qualified leads from field interactions. Help convert warm leads into sales in collaboration with the sales team, where applicable. Follow up with prospects met in the field to drive interest and closure.Skills: Communication: Strong verbal communication in local languages and/or English. Ability to explain ideas clearly and confidently. Presentation: Presentable, well-groomed, and comfortable engaging with the public.
