Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and investment preferences. - AUM Growth: Drive the expansion of Assets Under Management (AUM) by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic solutions. - Investment Advisory: Offer expert investment advice and financial planning services, using market insights to craft tailored portfolios. - Collaboration: Work with internal teams—including wealth management, research, and compliance—to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. - Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and economic developments to guide investment strategies and provide timely advice. - Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and events to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Private Banker or in a similar client-facing role within financial services. Minimum investment book size of INR100cr. - Strong track record in managing client relationships and increasing AUM. - Deep knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with high-net-worth individuals. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CFP) are a plus.
