Position Junior Graphic DesignerExperience 1-2 years in graphic designing with motion graphicsLocation Jaipur Malviya Nagar Industrial AreaCompany Dhabriya Polywood Limited www polywood org Company Overview Dhabriya Polywood Limited established in 1992 is a prominent player in the manufacturing sector with a strong commitment to sustainability particularly with its mission to Save Trees and promote zero wood housing in India The company specializes in producing a wide range of building materials and furniture products Our product line includes PVC profiles Doors Windows Fluted panels Soffit panels for its applications in wall paneling false ceiling etc and uPVC Doors and windows under the brand name Polywood The company manufactures and supplies Modular Kitchen Furniture for Projects under the brand name Dynasty and with Studio Arezzo Job Overview Key Responsibilities 1 Grasping and Visualizing Briefs Understand and interpret design briefs to create graphics that align with the brand s identity tone and message 2 Social Media Graphics Execute all required graphic designs according to the social media content calendar ensuring designs are on-brand and meet the specified guidelines 3 Story Calendar Collaboration Work closely with the content writer and social media manager to create and maintain a story calendar ensuring timely delivery of visuals for each campaign 4 Social Media Posting Post graphics on all social media channels as per the pre-determined schedule ensuring content consistency across platforms and optimal engagement 5 Typography Proficiency Demonstrate strong skills in typography to produce clean legible and effective designs that communicate the desired message 6 Interior Design Graphics Experience in creating graphics for interior design or related fields will be considered an added benefit allowing for a broader understanding of design principles in the industry 7 Excellent Communication Skills Act as the point of contact POC between departments freelancers collaborators and vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of projects 8 Creativity and Proactivity Proactively suggest creative graphic ideas and innovative solutions meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards 9 Brand Identity Consistency Ensure all visual assets are consistent with the established brand guidelines and visual language across all platforms and campaigns 10 Attention to Detail Maintain a high level of attention to detail ensuring all designs are polished and meet quality standards Software Skills - Adobe Photoshop Expert proficiency in Photoshop for creating high-quality designs photo manipulation and digital illustrations - Adobe After Effects Experience in creating motion graphics and animations for social media and digital content - Adobe Premiere Pro Knowledge of Premiere Pro for video editing is a plus allowing for integration of motion graphics into video content Qualifications Skills - Bachelor s degree- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Knowledge of design trends digital platforms and user engagement strategies ref updazz com
