Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience managing ethnic wear online websites. The candidate should be proficient in handling all aspects of the e-commerce business, including sales strategy, website management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the operations of the ethnic wear e-commerce website
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to boost online sales
- Coordinate product uploads, promotions, and inventory management
- Analyze website performance and customer data to improve sales and user experience
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service standards
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager for ethnic online websites
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing
- Ability to work independently and manage a team if required
- Good communication and organizational skills
