Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retention Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility is to contact existing residents using provided phone numbers and encourage them to continue using or upgrade our services. This role is focused on retaining clients, resolving concerns, and promoting the value of our offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Outbound Calling: Contact residents via phone to promote and sell Amenify's services. - Retention Strategy: Engage with existing clients to understand their needs, resolve any issues, and offer tailored service solutions. - Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services based on customer preferences and history. - Customer Engagement: Build rapport with residents, ensuring high satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships. - Feedback Collection: Gather feedback on our services to help improve offerings and resolve potential issues proactively. - Follow-up: Monitor customer accounts, follow up on service renewals, and encourage repeat usage. Qualifications: - Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar retention-focused role. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to handle objections and negotiate with clients. - A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. - Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software is a plus.
