Amity University Noida invites application for the post of Manager-CRC (Corporate Resource Center) for Commerce & Management Domain. Key Responsibilities - Industry Connect & Placements - Establish and strengthen partnerships with leading corporates, MNCs. - Identify, invite, and coordinate recruiters for campus placements and internship drives. - Ensure placement targets are achieved in alignment with institutional goals. Student Career Development - Guide and mentor students on career planning, interview skills, resume building, and workplace readiness. - Organize pre-placement training, workshops, and mock interviews. - Facilitate internships, live projects, and industry visits, mid-term projects - Coordinate industry-academia interface activities such as guest lectures, seminars, and conclaves. Desired Skills, Experience & Qualification - Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Knowledge of industry trends and hiring practices. - Student mentoring and counseling skills. - Proficiency in placement management systems, and digital platforms. - Education: Master’s degree in related field. - Experience: Min 8-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations & Placements. - The candidate should ideally have experience from Universities/Industry - Good connection to place the students of B.B.A, B.Com. & M.Com.
