Job Description Description We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage site operations and contribute to the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities - Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data for project planning. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Supervise construction activities and manage site staff effectively. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and logs. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management. - Assist in resolving any site-related issues that arise during construction. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proficient in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software. - Strong understanding of construction methods and materials. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
