Job Description Job Title: 12th pass Location: Pune Department: Labor Contract Supervisor Job Summary: The Labor Contract Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract labour operations, ensuring that third-party labour vendors and their workers comply with organizational policies, labour laws, and contract terms. This role ensures smooth coordination between contract labourers and internal departments, monitors performance, and addresses issues related to productivity, safety, and compliance Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities of contract labour across assigned departments or project sites with Business Development Assistant. Ensure all contract workers comply with company policies, safety regulations, and labour laws Liaise with labour contractors to ensure workforce availability and resolve any issues. Maintain records of contract labour deployment, hours worked, and compliance documentation. Conduct regular inspections to ensure labourers are meeting performance and safety standards. Report on productivity, incidents, and contract compliance to management. Assist in onboarding, training, and orientation for new contract labourers. Qualifications: 12th pass or fresher could apply Knowledge of labour laws, occupational health and safety standards, and vendor management. Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple contractors and priorities.
