Job Title Sales and Marketing Head Industry Printing and Packaging Location Sonipat Rai Salary 40 000 - 70 000 per month Experience Required Minimum 15 years in the Printing and Packaging industry Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to lead our business development sales strategy and marketing initiatives The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the printing and packaging industry a strong understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record of driving revenue growth Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals Identify new business opportunities market segments and customer needs Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions Set and monitor KPIs for sales and marketing activities Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings Required Qualifications and Skills Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the printing and packaging industry Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills Deep understanding of market trends customer behavior and industry developments Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable goals Proven experience in managing large accounts and leading sales teams Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Qualities MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field Strong network within the printing and packaging industry Self-motivated target-oriented and a strategic thinker Compensation Salary Range 40 000 - 70 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualifications Incentives Bonus Performance-based incentives may be offered Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Provident Fund
