Job Title Draftsman Department Engineering Design Reports to H O D Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our engineering team at a Batfeed Electrical Solutions pvt ltd a leading industrial inverters and chargers manufacturing company The Draftsman will play a crucial role in translating engineering concepts and designs into accurate technical drawings and schematics to produce industrial inverters The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CAD software a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and experience in the manufacturing of industrial equipment Key Responsibilities Technical Drawing Creation Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings schematics and blueprints for industrial inverters and related components using CAD software AutoCAD SolidWorks etc Design Collaboration Work closely with engineers and designers to understand product requirements design specifications and revisions Ensure that drawings reflect design intent and manufacturing constraints Component Layouts and Assembly Diagrams Create clear and precise layouts for individual components assemblies wiring diagrams and interconnection schematics for industrial inverter systems Revision Management Maintain an organized system for managing drawing revisions and ensure that all changes are updated and reflected in the final production documents Bill of Materials BOM Assist in the preparation of BOMs by specifying materials components and assembly instructions for inverters and their sub-assemblies Quality Control Ensure that all technical drawings meet quality standards industry regulations and company guidelines Work with the quality assurance team to resolve discrepancies or issues in design documentation Cross - functional Collaboration Coordinate with manufacturing quality assurance and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth transition from design to production Compliance and Standards Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant industry standards codes and regulations particularly those related to electrical systems safety and manufacturing processes Documentation and Reporting Maintain an organized database of drawings revisions and related documentation Prepare regular reports on the progress of design work and any challenges encountered Qualifications Education Diploma Degree or technical certification in Drafting Engineering Design Mechanical Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in drafting or design preferably in the industrial equipment or power electronics industry Experience with industrial inverters or electrical systems is highly desirable Skills Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles Ability to create 2D and 3D models and drawings Understanding of technical documentation and revision control Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing creation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with electrical wiring diagrams and control schematics Salary Negotiable Best in the Industry Application Mode Indeed Application submission or Applicant can also share their CV at hr batfeed in Dinesh Valluru Sr Executive -HR Ph 7842665557 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
