Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Integration Architect & Technical Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving our development team and spearheading the integration of diverse systems across procurement, finance, ticketing, and other operational domains. This hands-on leader will not only excel in full stack development but also architect scalable solutions that streamline internal processes and enhance our digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- System Architecture & Integration: Design and implement robust, scalable solutions that integrate various internal systems.
- Architect end-to-end solutions spanning from user interfaces to back-end services, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor the development team, establishing best practices and guiding technical strategy.
- Oversee code quality, performance, and security across the entire technology stack.
- Full Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy full stack applications, maintaining high standards of software engineering.
- Innovation & Experience Design: Drive the development of cutting-edge experiences.
- Explore emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital offerings.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
