Company OverviewThanisha Jobs Consultancy is a leading recruitment company that connects professionals with opportunities across various domains thereby partnering with organizations and providing tailored recruitment processes Our vast network enables us to access both active and passive job seekers ensuring a diverse and highly skilled talent pool for consideration Job OverviewThe position of Laison Head requires a male professional with a minimum of 12 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience This is a Full-Time position based in Pune with a salary range of 12 to 15 LPA Desired Candidate Profile At least 12-15 years- experience in the liaison function for Real Estate companies with government agencies municipal approvals statutory sanctions Licenses Knowledge of FSI DCR CFO Civil Aviation rules etc Exposure in handling liaison of multiple projects Experience in handling mix use development proposals under different FSI schemes of Development Control Regulation Knowledge of PMRDA PLU DCR latest manual Ease of doing business on issuing various permissions by MCGM Experience in working with Liaison Architects office in Corporate environment Roles and Responsibilities To coordinate between Design Liaison Architects various Consultants Teams Provide technical inputs pertaining to liaison to the company s Legal Dept for drafting all Legal Development Agreements also for the relevant Undertakings Indemnity Bonds required to be furnished to Statutory Authorities Liaise with the Building proposals dept PMRDA MOEF municipal approvals statutory sanctions Licenses Coordinate with Liaison Architects Liaison with revenue depts land approval depts water and electricity depts courts Liaison for various statutory approvals for residential constructions Ability to handle the crisis situation issues as regards to statutory approvals Co-ordination and liaison with Govt offices related to the projects for approval and clearances Expertia AI Technologies
