Job Description About the Role We are looking for a passionate and result-orientedSEO Expertwith23 years of core experiencein handling end-to-end SEO projects, preferably in thereal estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge oflatest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and AI-powered SEO tools. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and manageend-to-end SEO strategies(on-page & off-page) for real estate projects. - Conduct detailedkeyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studiesto build targeted SEO roadmaps. - Optimize website structure, landing pages, blogs, and microsites formaximum search visibility and keyword ranking. - Stay updated withGoogle's core algorithm updatesand proactively adapt strategies. - LeverageAI-driven SEO toolsfor content optimization, keyword mapping, and performance insights. - Managelink-building strategies, digital PR, and authority-building tacticswithin the real estate niche. - Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensureSEO best practicesare implemented across all assets. - Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using platforms likeSEMrush, Google Search Console, Analytics, and other AI/SEO tools. - Recommend innovativeSEO experimentsto improve organic rankings and traffic growth. Key Skills & Requirements - 23 years ofhands-on SEO project management experience. - Prior exposure to thereal estate category/clientsis a strong advantage. - Deep understanding ofsearch engine core algorithmsand ranking factors. - Strong grasp oflatest SEO trendsincluding voice search, AI-driven SEO, topical authority, and semantic search. - Proficiency inSEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, or similar. - Knowledge ofon-page & technical SEO: site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, etc. - Strong expertise inoff-page SEO: backlink strategies, outreach, and digital PR. - Familiarity withAI tools for SEO(ChatGPT, SurferSEO AI, etc.). - Ability to interpret analytics, create data-driven strategies, and present insights. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
