Role Description: - This position is open forfull-time, part-time, retainer, or contract-based engagement, depending on the candidate's experience, expertise, and mutual understanding. - TheCreative Content Creator, based inDelhi, India, will workin close coordination with the firm's lawyers and partnersto develop, edit, and manage informative and educational content consistent with the firm's professional standards and ethical obligations under the Advocates Act and the Bar Council of India Rules. - The role involves preparing high-quality written and visual materials such as legal updates, knowledge articles, research briefs, professional profiles, newsletters, internal reports, and thought leadership pieces intended for academic, informational, and awareness purposesstrictly avoiding any form of solicitation, publicity, or advertisement. - The candidate will be responsible for ensuring factual and contextual accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting complex legal and regulatory concepts in clear and accessible language. The work will require regular interaction with the legal team to align all content with the firm's ethical standards, communication protocols, and internal approval processes before publication or dissemination. Qualifications - Proven proficiency incontent writing, creative writing, and copywriting, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, structured, and engaging manner. - Demonstrated experience incontent strategy development,project coordination, andtimely executionof multi-channel communication initiatives. - Strongresearch, analytical, and editing skills, with meticulous attention to factual accuracy, tone, and context. - Basic understanding ofvisual content creation,digital media tools, and responsible use of online communication platforms (strictly within professional and ethical parameters). - Excellentverbal and written communication skills, creativity, and an ability to collaborate effectively with lawyers, partners, and other professionals. - Bachelor's degreein Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Prior exposure to alegal, consulting, or corporate environmentwill be considered an added advantage.
