Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth. - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
