This Position reports to:

FOM-Region Southern and Eastern Asia

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.

The work model for the role is: #Li_hybrid

This role is contributing to the Robot and Discrete Automation in Pune.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility.
- Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility.
- Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.

Qualifications for the role

- You must have worked in SAP environmental and transformational projects.
- Ability to demonstrate good at numbers and evaluation in finance.
- International customer handling experience is an added advantage.
- You should be Qualified Chartered Accountant / ICWA with minimum 10 to 12 years of experience.
- You are at ease communicating in English (Both Written/Verbal)
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of book closing & general accounting.
- You are passionate about good project management & Communication skills
