Production Engineer An Expanding Role in Plant Operations Job Description Experience/: 3 to 7 yrs Salary/: Best in Industries Education/: Diploma/BE in Automobile What You will do/: Design and Implement Processes/: You will design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes, workflows, and procedures to ensure optimal use of equipment, materials, and personnel. Drive Optimization/: You will conduct time studies, capacity planning, and efficiency analyses, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles to continually reduce waste, cost, and cycle time. Troubleshoot and Resolve/: You will identify and diagnose technical and process/-related bottlenecks, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions /(CAPA/) to eliminate root causes of defects and downtime. Manage Quality/: You will collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to establish and monitor process control parameters, ensuring that manufacturing output consistently meets strict quality standards.
