Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage social media strategies across platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter etc Create engaging content posts reels stories graphics and videos to boost brand visibility Manage daily posting schedules and maintain consistency in brand voice aesthetics Monitor social media channels for trends competitors and customer engagement opportunities Run paid ad campaigns Meta Ads Google Ads to increase reach and conversions Track analyze and report performance metrics reach engagement followers ROI etc Engage with followers respond to comments messages and build online community Collaborate with internal teams design marketing product for content planning Key Skills Attributes Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms Creative mindset with the ability to design and write engaging content Basic knowledge of graphic tools Canva Photoshop or similar Familiarity with social media analytics tools Good communication time management skills Ability to stay updated with digital trends apply them effectively Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Mass Communication Digital Media or related field 1-3 years of experience as Social Media Executive Digital Marketing Executive Hands-on experience in handling business pages accounts Knowledge of paid marketing Facebook Ads Google Ads is a plus Immediate joiners preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Work Location In person
