About Us:
Loft Studio is a growing interior design start-up specializing in end-to-end solutions – from concept and planning to execution. We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer who can take responsibility, contribute creatively, and grow with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D renders
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
- Coordinate with vendors, site supervisors, and execution teams
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Bring fresh, practical, and innovative design ideas aligned with client needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 1–3 years of professional experience in residential/commercial interiors
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle projects independently with responsibility
- Exposure to site coordination and execution will be a plus
