Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer with expertise in React.js to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will analyze, design, code, and test application components for multiple clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business and technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural and technical decisions, and lead initiatives that drive innovation and excellence in front-end development.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in React.js, providing technical guidance and solutions to the team.
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive and influence key technical decisions for your team and across project teams.
- Provide effective solutions to technical challenges at both the team and multi-team level.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team and promote continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering professional growth and technical expertise.
- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high coding standards.
- Engage in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, maintenance, and enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs into front-end applications.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with Microsoft FED ReactJS and Angular.
- Understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Additional Information

- This position is onsite at our Bengaluru office.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in React.js.
- 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
