Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Community Builder Intern to support and engage our online community and assist in day-to-day community activities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, has a target-driven attitude, and wants to learn the fundamentals of community in the education and coaching sector. Key Responsibilities - Manage and engage with members on several social media platforms. - Share updates, answer basic queries, and maintain a positive environment. - Assist in planning community activities and events. - Track engagement and prepare simple weekly reports. - Coordinate with internal teams for community-related tasks. Skills & Qualifications - Fluency in English language - Friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people. - Basic understanding of social/community platforms. - Microsoft office - Ability to work independently in a remote setup. - Self-driven mindset with willingness to learn What You Will Learn - Hands-on community management experience. - Exposure to events and engagement strategies. - Closing techniques and student counselling - Exposure to the EdTech and coaching industry - Working with a dynamic, student-focused team Stipend & Duration • Stipend: Based on candidature • Duration: 3 months • Certificate at the end of the Internship
