The Sr. BSA will be focused on enabling and empowering the Finance Technology team to deliver on financially-driven projects and solutions to support the continued success and expansion of our globe-spanning enterprise. What You'll Do - Support end-users with issues relating to Coupa - Configure Coupa settings for procurement and expenses - Triage and resolve Coupa-Netsuite integration issues - Support the implementation of new Coupa related functionality, enhancements, and business process optimizations - Work with end-users and finance leaders to gather business requirements and translate those requirements into functional and technical specifications This role requires - 4 years supporting and configuring Coupa modules including (but not limited to): - Coupa Platform - Coupa Procure-to-Pay (Requisitions, POs, Invoices) - Coupa Expenses - Coupa SIM - Coupa Pay and Virtual Cards - Subject matter expert in procurement and invoice best practices - Coupa Procure-to-Invoice System Administration Certification - A problem solving mentality, including strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Strong understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and completing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles - A willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and business cultures Bonus points if you have - Coupa Invoice Smash - Netsuite-Coupa integration bundle - Netsuite Reporting - Netsuite Payables and General Ledger Accounting Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
