Key Responsibilities - Manage and administer Windows Server environments with 68 years of experience in system administration - 4+ years of proven expertise in Hyper V virtualization (2022, 2025, SCVMM, etc). - Support and maintain large-scale data center infrastructures with 4000+ virtual machines across global environments - Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of Hyper V hosts, SCVMM environments, and Hyper V infrastructure. - Configure and manage High Availability (HA), Site recovery, etc. - Execute P2V, V2V, and V2P migrations. - Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools. - Provide administration and support for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and Windows clustering. - Maintain and manage SQL databases as part of infrastructure support. - Work on Dell server hardware products and provide root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents. - Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision. - Document processes and ensure adherence to compliance and best practices. You will be successful in this role if you have: Key Qualifications - 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Systems Administration and troubleshooting. - 4+ years of experience in Hyper virtualization (consulting and enterprise environments). - 2+ years of automation experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.). - Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, clustering, and networking concepts. - Experience working in large enterprise-scale environments with global infrastructure. - Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech, MCA) or equivalent. - Certifications preferred: MCP/MCSA/MCSE. - Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for working with global teams and stakeholders.
