Experience in hospitality will be an added advantage. Key responsibilities: Greet and assist guests during arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with the Operations Executive and teams (housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs. Arrange services such as transport, dining, and activities as requested. Maintain accurate records of guest details and preferences to provide tailored service.
