We are seeking an Executive – Supply Chain Management who will be responsible for effective planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production, optimal inventory levels of raw and packing materials, and timely delivery of finished goods as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with demand forecasts and capacity utilization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.
- Prepare and release production orders based on demand requirements and material availability.
- Monitor order execution, highlight deviations, and report them to management in a timely manner.
- Track, record, and update production line status in the system to ensure real-time data accuracy.
- Raise material requests for RM/PM and coordinate with Procurement and SCM for timely availability.
- Monitor and manage RM/PM inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Optimize inventory holding through effective planning and coordination.
- Generate and analyze monthly production performance and KPI reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- Post-Graduation in Operations Management / Supply Chain (preferred).

Experience:

- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or engineering industries).

Key Competencies:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in SAP (PP modul) is a must.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive problem-solving and supply chain risk management.
- Strong understanding of inventory optimisation techniques.

Skills:

- Proficiency in English and local languages for effective communication.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset.
