Job Title IT Support Technician Hardware Networking Qualification Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking with 1-3 years of working experience Age Group 20 - 25 Years Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Support Technician with a background in computer hardware and networking The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support performing basic troubleshooting of hardware and network issues and assisting in the maintenance and monitoring of security devices Key Responsibilities Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware desktops laptops printers etc Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues LAN WAN Wi-Fi Assist in the configuration and installation of hardware and software systems Monitor and support basic network infrastructure Provide technical support to end-users on-site or remotely Assist in managing and maintaining security devices e g firewalls antivirus systems surveillance equipment Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalated issues and system upgrades Required Skills Strong understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals Basic networking knowledge IP addressing routers switches cabling Familiarity with common security devices and basic cybersecurity practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and network issues Basic knowledge of security surveillance systems and endpoint protection tools Apply - hr choksi choksiheraeus com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 450 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
