The role entails managing purchasing processes, creating and maintaining purchase orders, and working closely with vendors and suppliers. Responsibilities include ensuring timely procurement of materials, cost negotiation, vendor management, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. Collaboration with internal departments and analyzing purchasing data for decision-making are also key aspects of the role. Qualifications - Expertise in Purchasing, Purchasing Processes, and Purchase Orders - Proficiency in Purchase Management and managing vendor relationships - Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating procurement data and decision-making - Negotiation Strategy and Finalising profitable Deals. - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
