About ANSR Global Corporation ANSR is a market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs We provide full life-cycle services including GCC design set up and enabling operations For over 18 years companies cutting across size industry and markets have relied on ANSR s expertise to successfully build global business and technology teams Since its inception ANSR has established over 90 GCCs Our experience spans across industries including retail CPG banking insurance travel transportation and healthcare We operate in supply-rich locations like India Central and Eastern Europe South America Canada and Southeast Asia Key Responsibilities Work with the People Organization and Culture team to deliver high quality effective Compensation and Benefits solutions tailored for ANSRs clients with focus on the following areas C B design including pay ranges pay structuring pay mix and benefits design Play an integral role in delivering the annual pay review and bonus processes at ANSR clients Align with statutory compliance be aware of market practices and developments Compensation and Benefits market benchmarking trends and advisory Job evaluation and leveling Annual C B cycle budgeting management and execution Present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to client and or ANSR internal teams Conduct due diligence for renewals and trends for Insurance and employee wellness programs at ANSR clients Coordinate with HR operations to implement the programs in consultation with the HR business partner Liaise with Benefits Partners vendors and work with other functions such as HR operations and finance to execute Benefits Programs at ANSR clients Provide CoE consulting advice to established clients design and implement specific rewards-related projects Manage C B Project Modules under guidance of C B POC leadership Experience and Requirements Required Experience and Skills 3 years of experience in a compensation role A mix of consulting and field C B is preferred All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application along with associated business acumen Familiarity with one or more of the leading Job Evaluation frameworks Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors High level of Proficiency in MS Office particularly in MS Excel Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights Preferred experience and Skills Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI University degree in HR with a Masters MBA strongly preferred Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies Required Competencies Good attitude Team player and High Collaboration Working with Talent Acquisition Business partnering and Other teams on client delivery Technical Expertise Compensation Benefits exposure as outlined above Detail Orientation and Analytical Ability Exhibits attention to detail and ability to analyse information for deriving key insights efficiently and accurately Problem Solving Identifies problems and uses logic judgment and data to evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions to achieve the desired organizational goal or outcome Written and Verbal Communication Delivers clear effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others Understands complex ideas but able to simplify and explain problems and solutions in terms everyone can understand Self-confidence Confidently conveys their knowledge and know-how to others Commands the respect of others through their subject matter expertise and enthusiastic approach for building clients brand awareness and creating a unique place for each of ANSRs clients Ability to improvise Because organizations are always evolving and changing able to foresee and implement multiple solutions Excellent listening skills Before solutions can be discovered problems need to be fully understood Carefully listens to the needs of clients to implement solutions that address their specific needs Trustworthy Develops strong relationships with clients based on integrity and trust Ethical Standards and Confidentiality Acts in an honest and trustworthy manner in all interactions Ensure company policies programs and culture reflect a high integrity environment Upholds the highest standards in maintaining confidentiality of client and company data
