Job Description - Manage and oversee contract handling activities related to construction and railway infrastructure projects - Prepare, evaluate, and process tender documents in accordance with legal, technical, and financial guidelines - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for the timely submission of tenders and bids - Analyze project requirements, tender specifications, and contractual terms to ensure compliance and risk mitigation - Provide contractual support during pre-tender, post-tender, and execution phases of construction contracts - Review and draft contract documents, amendments, addendums, and letters in accordance with project scope and regulatory requirements - Liaise with legal, engineering, and finance departments to ensure clarity and accuracy in contract clauses - Maintain documentation of tenders, correspondence, and approvals for auditing and internal reporting - Track tender status, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to submission schedules - Ensure alignment of all contractual deliverables with the overall project goals, particularly for railway-related projects
