Use Your Power for Purpose At Pfizer we believe that every role contributes to our mission of improving patients lives Whether you are involved in the design and development of manufacturing processes for products or supporting the upkeep of systems engineering is crucial to ensuring customers and patients receive the medicines they need By collaborating with our forward-thinking engineering team you ll play a pivotal role in accelerating the delivery of medicines to the world What You Will Achieve In this role you will Oversee maintenance and reliability engineering tasks including the redesign upkeep and repair of utility systems buildings and equipment Contribute to moderately complex projects managing time effectively and developing short-term work plans Provide engineering support for developing scopes of work project execution plans and engineering studies for equipment installation or modification Offer operational support review preventive and corrective work orders and manage technical writing and document reviews Ensure calibration compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices contemporary technologies and best aseptic practices Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations and update equipment reliability plans collaborating with Production and Quality Team Leads Promote workplace safety by following site safety procedures and performing proactive safety assessments Actively participate in site and corporate initiatives and serve as a liaison between quality operations and regulatory compliance for timely closure of investigations Here Is What You Need Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of experience or associate s degree with 6 years of experience or BA BS with 2 years of experience or MBA MS with any years of relevant experience Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis Equipment Criticality Ranking PM PdM optimization and or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis Experience with process automation systems Strong knowledge and understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices part of GxP Excellent oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of MS Excel Ability to manage complex issues and foster consensus among teams Bonus Points If You Have Preferred Requirements Experience in the pharmaceutical sector Proficiency in technical writing and document reviews Knowledge of contemporary technologies and best aseptic practices Proactive approach to promoting safety within the workplace Work Location Assignment On Premise Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates Engineering
