activities at vehicle and system level ensuring the Durability Reliability Performance and Safety of our EV projects throughout their development lifecycle The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within and outside CIT to execute comprehensive testing protocols Primary responsibilities xc2xb7 Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for EV projects encompassing performance durability functionality safety and compliance testing xc2xb7 Generating comprehensive test reports and documentation database management summarizing findings test procedures and recommendations for stakeholders xc2xb7 Ensuring that all vehicles are properly prepared for testing confirming the functionality of all components and systems according to specifications xc2xb7 Implementing a strategy for periodic measurements of different vehicle parts to monitor and estimate service life effectively xc2xb7 Leading investigations and troubleshooting efforts for any issues encountered during testing collaborating with COC s proposing efficient solutions xc2xb7 Coordinating for drivability evaluations of test vehicles ensuring optimal performance xc2xb7 Managing the instrumentation of test vehicles to effectively record data from the vehicle CAN and other sensors xc2xb7 Directing the analysis of test data using data analysis software preparing comprehensive reports to identify trends anomalies and performance metrics xc2xb7 Coordinating for vehicle service and repair activities while providing guidance and support to technicians on the shop floor xc2xb7 other vehicle safety systems Good knowledge of different vehicle attributes validation methods and industry trends Hands on experience in monitoring projects for durability performance safety and environmental tests Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement Better to have proficiency in vehicle data logging Knowledge of CAN protocol and experienced in relevant software tools for test data analysis Vbox CANalyzer DiaLog etc Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing emission norms and automotive safety e g AIS UN ECE regulations Effective communication skills Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools Proven experience in two wheeler testing with knowledge of internal combustion engine powertrain system brakes electrical systems and other vehicle safety systems Good knowledge of different vehicle attributes validation methods and
