Job Description About the job Company: Backdropsource Role: Full-time | On-Site - Noida CTC: Upto 6.5 LPA (Fixed) Join Date: Immediate Joiners preferred Prerequisites: - Apply only if you have 3+ years of experience in Motion Graphic designing. - Remuneration will be finalized based on your previous CTC - Should be flexible to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (this might be a possibility) About Backdropsource: Backdropsource is not just an e-commerce brandwe are a global creative partner for photographers, filmmakers, brands, and event creators. We are now looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who combines creativity and technical expertise to produce visually compelling content and animations. Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and video edits optimized for digital campaigns. - Develop storyboards, sketches, and creative concepts to visualize campaign ideas effectively. - Use Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Adobe XD, CapCut, and Pen Tool to create professional-level visuals and animations. - Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative assets aligned with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and platform specifications. - Optimize animations and video content for different channels (social media, web, email) while ensuring fast load times and high engagement. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other video editing/motion design tools. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and technical execution. Preferred Qualities / Bonus Skills: - Experience working on e-commerce or marketing-focused design projects. - Strong sketching, conceptualization, and creative visualization skills. - Ability to translate marketing briefs into visually compelling motion content.
