Position SR Civil Site Engineer Experience 5 to 10 Years Industry Real Estate Construction Location Gandhinagar Gujarat Key Responsibilities Site Execution Supervision Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule Execute and monitor all civil works including RCC masonry finishing waterproofing and external development Review and interpret structural architectural and MEP drawings ensure proper implementation on site Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and vendors for smooth workflow Project Planning Coordination Prepare daily weekly monthly work plans and allocate tasks to site teams Coordinate with project managers architects consultants and quality teams Ensure timely availability of materials resources and manpower Quality Control Compliance Conduct inspections for work quality materials and workmanship as per IS standards Ensure compliance with construction specifications safety norms and regulatory requirements Identify and resolve technical issues on site in a timely manner Material Resource Management Monitor material consumption wastage control and stock management at site Verify material deliveries and maintain proper documentation Safety Site Management Implement safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at site Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE by all workers Documentation Reporting Maintain daily site reports measurement sheets RA bills and site records Track project milestones and report progress to the management team Assist in preparing BOQs estimates and work order evaluations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
