We are seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing recruitment processes and a keen understanding of sourcing and attracting top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and present candidate reports and recruitment metrics to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
