Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or those looking to start their career in HR. Responsibilities - Source and attract candidates using various recruitment platforms and social media. - Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. - Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies is an advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and time management skills.
