The Sales Manager Marine - Electrification and Automation will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and fostering strong client relationships within the marine industry S he will specifically work with the Vessels industry and drive initiatives for electrification and automation of vessels The main responsibilities are - Develop and implement sales strategies for marine electrification and automation solutions Identify and establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the marine industry Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for port and harbor electrification shore-to-ship power charging systems energy storage integration Drive tendering bid management pricing strategy and contract negotiations in coordination with internal functions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize sales approaches Prepare and deliver proposals presentations and contracts to clients Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote the organization s offerings Opportunity to drive sales in the marine and port industryOpportunity to drive the growth in India s marine industry A successful Sales Manager Marine - Electrification and Automation should have Atleast 10 years of experience in sales business development within the marine or port electrification domain BE in Electrical or Marine Engineering Strong understanding of vessel electrical systems propulsion drives automation and power distribution Proven expertise in sales and business development Excellent communication and negotiation skills The ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies effectively A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships Familiarity with marine electrification and automation solutions The hiring organization is a global organization with a significant presence in the industrial sector and the processes industries They specialize in cutting-edge solutions within the electronics and automation space for processes in organisations in the industrial sector The candidate will get a chance to drive the electrification and automation initiatives in the Marine Industry at a pan-India level
