Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and overall HR strategy to support the company's growth and culture. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements. - Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. - Employee Engagement & Relations: - Foster a positive workplace environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention. - Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and ensure open communication across teams. - Plan and execute engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team activities. - Performance Management: - Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems. - Work with department heads to define KPIs and performance standards. - Support career development and training programs. - HR Operations & Compliance: - Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF/ESI, and statutory regulations. - Handle payroll coordination and leave management. - Policy & Strategy: - Develop and update HR policies and procedures. - Align HR strategy with organizational goals. - Provide insights on workforce planning and organizational development. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 510 years of proven HR management experience. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency with HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, or similar). - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CHRM, or HRBP) is a plus. - Prior experience in IT / Digital Marketing / US Staffing / Startups is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
