Job Description'JD: Practice Director Job Description:

- Understand KPITs Cloud, Data Platform & Gen AMI offerings/solutions and represent the same to address customers requirements and challenges.
- Act as an Ambassador for KPIT in the yet to be developed Automotive market in new geography.
- Building relationship with the Customer and internal team in the context of the realization of the recently founded long-term customer partnership.
- Support the KPIT recruitment team in identifying candidates to build up a local engineering team for the French customers.
- Understand/Interpret customer requirements/RFQ and map it to KPIT offerings/competencies.
- Work with the KPIT sales organization to identify new business opportunities / areas where the customer needs additional support. Support sales organization with customer presentations.
- Participate in person in the regular customer meetings e.g.planning workshop, architecture workshops etc.
- Contribute towards defining technology roadmap/investment proposals to meet customer and market needs.
- Monitor activities of KPIT competitors in France and communicate those back to the KPIT organization.
- Collaborate/Participate with offshore SMEs and leaders in estimation, high level project planning and of developing attractive and winning customer propositions. Have Joint KRAs of revenue along with market sales team. Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of DATA PLATFORMN, CLOUD, GEN AI/ML, Scrum, Linux, C/C++ etc.
- knowledge of infrastructure modules like lifecycle, persistence, HMI framework, calibration
- Knowledge of Open Source Software and licenses relevant to IVI
- General understanding of various automotive sub-domains
- Hands-on experience in doing software architecture and design using standard design modelling tools
- Understanding of vehicle architecture
- Should have worked extensively for Tier 1 or OEM and interacted with multiple OEMs (Good knowledge of the ecosystem) Soft skills:
- Should be good negotiator.
- Passionate about technology trends w.r.t automotive domain
- Ability to foster good relationships inside and outside the Organization.
- Excellent presentation skills
