You’ll lead animation and motion projects from concept to completion — collaborating with designers, editors, and producers to create visually impactful content for digital, broadcast, and marketing media Key Responsibilities Lead the design and animation of high-quality motion graphics , 2D/3D assets, and visual effects. Translate creative briefs into compelling motion sequences that enhance storytelling. Oversee post-production workflows — editing, color grading, sound syncing, and compositing. Mentor junior designers and maintain creative consistency across projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with campaign goals. Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered with precision and polish. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and design techniques to innovate continuously. Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in motion graphics, visual design, or animation. Advanced proficiency in: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Strong sense of animation timing, visual rhythm, and storytelling. Experience in leading creative projects and mentoring junior artists. Excellent understanding of color, typography, and composition. Strong communication and project management skills. Bonus Skills (Preferred): Experience with Cinema 4D , Blender , or 3D animation tools . Familiarity with audio design, lighting effects , or interactive media .
