Job Description Job Opening: Design & Development Intern (Architecture) Hyperloop Consultancy Group CBD Belapur, Navi MumbaiStep Into the Future of Architectural Redevelopment Are you passionate about design, eager to work on real-world redevelopment projects, and ready to learn from a multi-disciplinary consultancy Join us as a Design & Development Intern (Architecture) and be part of high-impact projects across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai including high-rises, SRA, cluster, and commercial developments. What You Will Work On (Exciting Responsibilities)Design & Creative Development - Assist in crafting concept designs, massing models, and unit plans. - Create compelling architectural presentations, renders, and visualizations. - Design layouts as per DCPR 2034 & UDCPR 2020 with senior guidance. - Contribute new ideas to elevate design creativity. Technical & Documentation Support - Prepare feasibility layouts, area statements, FSI calculations, and study models. - Work on working drawings, liaison drawings, staircase core & parking planning. - Support development of tender drawings, client decks & project reports. Site & Coordination Exposure - Participate in site visits, documentation & real-time project understanding. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, legal & PMC teams. - Assist in internal & client meetings and contribute to design solutions. Software Skills - AutoCAD (Required) - SketchUp / Revit (Preferred) - Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint - Lumion / Enscape (Bonus) Who Can Apply - B.Arch students (3rd year & above) or fresh graduates - Strong design sense & willingness to learn - Good communication & presentation skills - Passion for redevelopment & urban design is a plus What You Will Gain (Massive Learning Opportunity) - Real exposure to Redevelopment, SRA & Cluster projects - Hands-on learning of DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, fire norms, parking rules - Opportunity to build your portfolio with real project work - Work closely with senior architects, PMC teams & technical consultants - A dynamic, growth-oriented environment with multi-disciplinary learning Work Location CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Hyperloop Consultancy Group)
