We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Pune. We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in leadership hiring or executive search. Must have the ability to build talent pipelines, and a proactive approach to identifying high-caliber candidates for senior-level roles. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer closure. - Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define role requirements. - Source and engage with potential candidates through professional networks, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach. - Screen candidates for leadership roles, ensuring strong alignment with organizational culture and role requirements. - Manage interview coordination and provide a seamless candidate experience. - Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. - Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality leadership talent. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in leadership hiring or executive search. - Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with proven ability to engage senior professionals. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a structured approach. - Prior experience working with executive search firms or in leadership recruitment preferred.
