closely with CAPEX projects Engineering maintenance team Facility team Vendors and service providers in supporting CAPEX setup and plant operation by improving and maintaining automation digitization system in manufacturing shop floor and building management systems Youre expected to possess technical knowledge of Allen-Bradley Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs as well as expertise in Ethernet FT View SIEMENS TIA and Ignition portal Skilled in troubleshooting preventive maintenance and system modifications to enhance safety and efficiency Proficient in SAP master data batch control MES and IoT platforms Demonstrates analytical acumen for decision-making based on accurate data and excels as a collaborative team member fostering synergy and trust Contribute for review updating of Site Master Plan Support Planning execution of Capital projects Coordinate with vendors procurement department for techno-commercial details Coordinate with contractor vendor for compliance with the KORE other legal requirements Participate in periodic review monitoring of projects through site meetings visit to the Supplier for inspection Coordinate during installation commissioning activities to ensure on time within budget completion Participate in validation of the equipment process Impart training to stakeholders Complete the capitalization asset tagging process Execute Automation Digitization Projects Draft user requirement specifications for automation digitization projects Develop software codes for minor process improvement projects Liaise with equipment vendors to ensure compliance to specifications e g attend kick-off meetings Factory Acceptance tests etc Direct and monitor vendor activities during site installation and commissioning to ensure system is delivered as per design documents Ensures that the operations and activities carried out are in accordance with the duties and responsibilities for EHS as specified by Company Policy and relevant statutory provisions Maintain Shop floor control system Work closely with vendor helpdesk for software related issues and propose solution if necessary Prepare troubleshooting report conduct training to engineering and operations personnel to prevent future occurrence Propose and carry out corrective preventive maintenance for control systems Develop comprehensive Obsolescence profiles for hardware and software systems Perform routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters prompt updating onto monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications Propose and execute modifications to equipment processes and operations to improve safety increase efficiency and align with company goals Technical Knowledge Area Allen-Bradley PLC s SIMENS PLC Mitsubishi PLC etc In depth knowledge of Ethernet and other network based I O systems preferred Expertise with FT View SIEMENS TIA Ignition portal is preferred Knowledge of SAP master data enhanced master recipe batch control MES and IoT platform is preferred Experience in VMware SAN storage and network switches is preferred Experience in Access VB and SQL is an advantage Electrical Instrumentation expertise Project Management foundational skills Analytical Ability Decision making based on accurate data Handle plant Maintenance and support to the operations Rate the synergy of working with others Shows respect trust It is a Budget Spares Management Provide inputs for preparation of operating expenses budget Estimation planning of engineering spares consumables services Provide technical support to Engineering stores Coordinate with vendors technical support to Purchase department for procurement of Engineering items Inspection of incoming engineering items Optimize Standardization of spares consumables to reduce inventory Environment Occupational Safety Health Quality Food Safety Management systems Coordinates in setting individual and department objectives metrics that contribute Plant Key Performance Indicators Initiate Preventive actions to reduce potential risk in working area related Environment Occupational Safety Health Quality Food Safety Continuous monitoring of equipment and processes to ensure all Fire Safety other EOSH Safety systems are in working condition The Successful Applicant Engineering Graduate Electrical with an experience of 7 years in Electrical Automation Project Management in highly reputed MNCs Should have worked on Greenfield Brownfield Projects Ability to define the fundamental components of a project in terms of its scope deliverables timescales resource
