We work closely with manufacturers, brands, and distributors to deliver the right assortment at the right price with speed and reliability. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager who will lead procurement strategy, vendor management, and sourcing for FMCG or Staples categories. The role demands strong negotiation skills, deep market understanding, and the ability to manage large-scale procurement operations in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute procurement strategies for FMCG / Staples categories - Manage end-to-end procurement including sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and order fulfillment - Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, brands, and suppliers - Negotiate pricing, credit terms, schemes, and contracts to improve margins - Ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels - Track market trends and pricing movements - Collaborate with category, supply chain, finance, and sales teams - Monitor supplier performance and compliance - Drive cost optimization and process improvements - Lead and mentor junior team members Key Requirements - 7+ years of experience in FMCG or Staples procurement - Strong B2B procurement exposure preferred - Proven negotiation and vendor management skills - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment - Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems What We Offer - High-growth B2B startup exposure - High ownership and decision-making authority - Competitive compensation - Career growth opportunities
