Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records. Assist in training & development programmes. Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduates or Postgraduates who have studied Human Resources as part of their course. Based in Cochin, Kerala. Only freshers with a strong passion for a career in Human Resources are eligible to apply. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
