Job Title Computer Vision AI Engineer Department Technical Division Location Indore On-site Experience 1-5 Years Company Robro Systems Website About Robro Systems Robro Systems is a fast-growing innovator in AI-powered machine vision and industrial automation specializing in real-time web inspection systems for technical textiles Our flagship product the Kiara Web Inspection System empowers manufacturers with defect detection quality control and data-driven insights At Robro we are driven by Vision Intelligence and Control leveraging AI and robotics to make factories smarter and more efficient Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Computer Vision Engineer to develop and deploy intelligent solutions for industrial automation and machine vision applications The ideal candidate will design algorithms build machine learning models and implement computer vision systems for real-time defect detection classification and analytics Key Responsibilities Develop and implement AI and computer vision algorithms for defect detection classification and process optimization Work with large datasets to train validate and optimize machine learning and deep learning models Collaborate with cross-functional teams Engineering Product Robotics to integrate AI solutions into industrial systems Deploy AI models to production environments and monitor performance Troubleshoot refine and improve algorithms for accuracy efficiency and scalability Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI deep learning and computer vision technologies Document and communicate technical solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders Requirements Requirements Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering Robotics or related field Experience 1-5 years of experience in AI machine learning and computer vision development Skills Strong knowledge of machine learning deep learning and computer vision techniques Proficiency with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar Experience with computer vision libraries like OpenCV Strong programming skills in Python C or equivalent languages Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Experience in industrial automation robotics or machine vision systems Knowledge of edge computing and deployment of AI models on embedded hardware devices Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment tools Prior experience in production-level deployment of AI models
