Land Surveyor

Conduct land and topographical surveys using total station GPS auto-level and other instruments Establish and maintain survey benchmarks gridlines and reference points at the site Verify and set out construction works in accordance with design drawings and project specifications Prepare maintain and update survey records site drawings and related documentation Ensure accuracy of measurements for excavation foundations structural elements and finishing works Collaborate with engineers architects and site supervisors to resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions Monitor levels alignments and dimensions during construction to maintain quality and compliance Perform quantity surveying checks to support billing and subcontractor measurements Ensure proper calibration maintenance and safe handling of survey instruments Adhere to safety standards and company policies while working on-site Education Experience Diploma Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Surveying or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry preferably in buildings infrastructure roads based on your requirement Knowledge of local codes standards and project requirements Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 45 000 00 per month Experience total work 5 years Required Work Location In person
